OTO operates as a licensed private-hire vehicle (VTC) driver, a regulated profession in France. The professional card is displayed at the front of the vehicle on the driver’s side, two red VTC badges are affixed at the front and rear, and the vehicle’s roadworthiness test is less than one year old. Personal data

The otovtc.com website does not collect any personal data by itself: it has no user accounts, no audience measurement tool and no advertising tracker.

The booking form prepares, on your device, a message containing the information you enter (name, phone, e-mail, addresses, date and time). This message is only transmitted when you choose to send it via WhatsApp or e-mail, and is then subject to those services’ terms. Nothing is stored by the website.

The information received is used solely to organise, carry out and invoice your ride. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, and is kept only as long as needed to manage the service and to meet legal accounting obligations.
